One last Discovery Club on May 12

Calling all homeschoolers, come on in for the last Discovery Club session of this school year. We will be gathering on Tuesday, May 12, at 1 PM to get physical and end the school year with a little PE.

Discovery Club is a monthly program for school-aged homeschool students. It will resume in the new school year in our new library!

Family fun is never out of season

Join us for Family Game Night on Saturday, May 16, at 5 PM. There will be games of all sorts for families of all ages and sizes. Free pizza, too!

Summer reading sign-ups start May 18

We’ll be moving at some point this summer. What will you be doing? We hope it is reading!

Basic question is: Can Berryville read as many books as the library will be moving?

Come on in to pick up your challenge packet anytime we are open starting May 18. (You should also take a close look at our shelves to remind yourself how packed they are!) Then, start reading and recording the books you read to report back to us in June. The count will be on!

We think the movers are at a definite advantage on this one. Prove us wrong!

Speaking of the move…

There has been a delay in manufacturing the shelves for the new library. No new shelves means no new library…for a bit. We still anticipate a move this summer and will have a new grand opening date just as soon as we can get a firm delivery date for those shelves. Stay tuned.
