March Program Calendar

March is upon us, let the madness begin with a fun program (or two) at the library!

Need more information about any of these programs or any of the services the library provides? Contact us via phone, Facebook, Instagram, email, or in person.

For Women’s History Month, we have a March movie challenge featuring a list of great movies all featuring strong women or interesting parts of history.

Look at the list by clicking here. Check off the movies you’ve seen. (Maybe watch a few more this month.) By the end of the month, let us know the number you’ve seen and which is your favorite. Curious minds want to know!

Berryville Grows! is back! Each month for the first three months of the growing season (March, April, May) we will have seed packets free for the taking. In March, we are featuring those cool weather crops and will have packets of lettuce, spinach, carrot, radish, and kale seeds available.

This will be first come, first serve and, because supplies are limited, we ask people to limit themselves to taking just one packet of each type of seed.

Have extra seeds or starts you want to share? Drop them by the library and we will put them out so that they have a chance to get in the ground this season!

We are! This year for Spring Break Camp we are taking a trip around the world without leaving Berryville! Each weekday of Spring Break, March 24 through March 28, at 1 PM Berryville Library Airlines will be departing for a new destination. The goal? To explore a new continent every day and make it Around the World in 5 Days!

Activities will be held all afternoon, 1 PM – 5 PM, each day and focus on learning about a variety of global places including fun facts about how people in different countries live, foods they eat, games they play, and more! There will be snacks and prizes, too.

Spring Break Camp is for kids ages 8 and up. No registration is required, and you do not have to attend all five days to participate. Best thing? It’s all free!
