Spring into some planting fun!

Berryville Grows!, our little free seed library, is back.  Each month during the growing season we will distribute free seeds. Different seeds will be available each month, based on the growing calendar for our area. All seeds are (older) Baker Creek seeds and available in Beryville thanks to a generous donation by the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank.

March seeds available: Peas (2 varieties); Carrots (5 varieties); Radishes (4 varieties); Cauliflower; Coriander.

And while you are picking up your seeds, check out our Germination Station cart at the library.  Available only this month!

Spring into some family fun!

We have two fun family nights in March.

Join us Saturday, March 9, at 6 PM for Family Movie Night.  The Canterville Ghost is this month’s feature presentation. The movie is free but bring your own blankets, pillows, and snacks!  Doors to the library open at 5:45 PM.  Movie starts at 6 PM.

Join us Saturday, March 16, at 5 PM for Family Game Night. Who says games are just for kids? No one! Families of all sizes and people of all ages are welcome to come on in and play some games. The library has lots of board and card games to choose from, but you can also bring your own. There will be free pizza for all!

Looking for ways to have fun with your little one all month long? Pick up this month’s free Early Literacy Calendar at the library. This special calendar comes in both English and Spanish and features one simple way to engage your child in educational play each day!

Spring into some spring-break fun!

For all lords and ladies, geniuses, and brilliant minds ages 8-12, you are invited to Party Like It Be 1499! all Spring Break long.

We are holding a Renaissance Spring Break Camp each afternoon of Spring Break (March 18-22) from 1 PM to 5 PM. Each day will be packed with four hours of games, crafts, experiments, assorted other activities, and….SNACKS!

Parents can drop off their kids at the library for this program, they do not need to stay. Kids can participate for as few or as many days as they would like during the week. The program is free, and no registration is required.

Don’t forget the eclipse is coming on April 8.  Free solar eclipse glasses are available at the library now!
