Summer is here! Join in on some free fun at the library!

June calendar of Berryville Library events and programs

Need more information about any of these programs or any of the services the library provides? Contact us via phone, Facebook, Instagram, email, or in person.

It’s time for summer reading. The library has special programs, hands-on activities, and reading challenges for all ages. Find out more on our Summer Reading 2025 page. Special summer programming will be offered from June 2 through July 25.

The Friends of the Berryville Library invite everyone to attend the Eats, Beats & Sweets Fundraiser on Saturday, June 21, 4 PM – 8 PM, at the Berryville Community Center Banquet Hall.

This mid-summer night’s showcase of local food, music, and talent will feature delicious food provided by Rancho Latino, El Guerito, and other local restaurants. Two local bands, our very own Bookworms and The Highway 13 Band will be providing the live music. There will also be a silent auction with great items from local businesses. Special thanks go to our two Marquee Sponsors: Equity Bank and Bank of 1889.

Tickets are $20 per person, $10 for those ages 7 to 12, 6 and under are free. Purchase your tickets in advance at the library or at the door. All proceeds will go to support the library.

We have a big question:

Can you judge a book by the color of its cover?

We need your help to find the answer! Pay attention to the covers of the books you happen to be reading this summer. If you notice a trend, report it using this data sheet.

We will be accepting findings through July 25. We will publish a White Paper based on these findings this fall. We know inquiring minds working together can answer big questions!
