July Program Calendar

Summer is in full swing! So is summer reading at the library! Plenty to see, do, and read right here.

Calendar of events for July 2025 at Berryville Public Library

Need more information about any of these programs or any of the services the library provides? Contact us via phone, Facebook, Instagram, email, or in person.

Keep reading, reporting those hours, and racing over those reading rainbows. Summer reading runs through July 25 so there is still time to sign up and get involved. The library has special programs, hands-on activities, and reading challenges for all ages. Find out more on our Summer Reading 2025 page.

To see what’s really at the end of a rainbow…at least a reading rainbow…make a note to pop into the library at least once between July 21 and July 25. A special treat is in store for those who make it this far with reading hours to report!

Three shows remain in our Summer Showcase Series @ the PAC. Magic, opera, and raptors will all be live, on stage, on a Monday at 1 PM in July. All are family-friendly shows sure to be entertaining to those wanting and willing to open their eyes to a world full of wonder and a splash of color!

Shows take place at the Berryville High School Performing Arts Center located at 501 Bobcat Drive.

There’s no excuse not to have some fun this month, no matter what your age.

  • For those who are younger, our special Playground Storytimes at the City Pool Park and the Janet Clark Playground @ the BCC continue through July 24.
  • For families, no matter the size, we have Family Movie Night and Family Game Night, perfect times just to hang out and have some intergenerational fun (plus, free pizza if you are up for a game)!
  • For those just wanting a peaceful moment, we are introducing our Escape Bags this month. Focus on the items in one of these three bags to give yourself a few minutes away from the heat and the hecticness of life. Bags are available for all ages and are for in library use only.

Check out all that is going on at the Carroll County Farmers Market on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings, including a visit from the CB to You Mobile Art Lab on July 14, and the Berryville Parks Department, including some Water Wars on Saturday, July 19.
